[For Sale] Defender 110 1997 only 114k miles
Ok, tried moving over to the dark side but the Landy is just not quite what I need and so I'm looking for another Disco
For my sins I bought the 110 back in May and have done substantial amounts of work on her including:
New Oil sump
New steering damper
Full service including grease injection for the prop shafts
New synthetic oil
Side step fitted
Welding of various parts
She recently passed her MOT with only a couple of advisories... easily sorted runs until 28th August 2019, mileage showing at 114,750
She has had welding on the chassis... but given that she is a 21 year old Landy that is nothing unusual, she will need a few more bits of welding over the next year but is solid for now. Would make the perfect project vehicle for someone looking to experience the joys of changing a chassis on a Defender You'd be able to run her round until the time came in the winter when it was too cold (about now in Scotland) and then tuck her away in a garage, do the work and emerge ready for the spring.
