Dont mind at all.
I have a Touareg R Line coming on Tuesday.
It was going to be one of those or another Disco
Heart said Disco, i have loved every minute of owning it. I really wanted a grey SE tech with black pack and had my eye on one.
Head said VW
But, for my budget it was going to be 4 or so years old with 40-50k miles and I was concerned I was going to start the whole merry-go-round of replacing parts very soon, or buying someone else trouble.
I am also very concerned about the chocolate cranks on the D4 and the total lottery of LR contribution.
So with a heavy heart...I am off to pastures new
Found an R Line Touareg with 28k miles, and the dealer has put 4 new tyres and pads and discs all round as part of their sale prep. Lovely car, and absolutely goes like stink (260 bhp)
Its going to be a sad day when the D3 goes after 7 years of superb family adventures...but I think its the right decision...I hope!

This is basically a nicer version of my buckingham blue D3.... wish i could have swapped out. Was contemplating selling mine but dont think i'll bother
