| [For Sale] Hornby 00 track plan & track |

Ideal as an addition/extension to a Christmas present or if Santa didn't bring what someone was hoping for!
Hornby track plan R771 - this is a paper 'picture' that can be laid on the floor or better still pasted to a board and has the layout of track and scenery/buildings etc that can be added. It's a double loop with two sidings - one inside to a platform and one outside to a loco shed.
All track pieces to complete the layout - specifically the 'basic oval' plus extension packs A, B, C & D.
Track plan is new and sealed, track is 'pre-loved' but in good condition (may need cleaning with one of those special track cleaning rubbers).
Looking for £85 plus postage or can be collected by arrangement from SO22, SO24 or GU24 postcodes.

Wow that takes me back (about 45 years  ) to hours and hours spent pouring over Hornby catalogues and price lists with graph paper and pencil to hand. I had a massive layout suspended from my bedroom ceiling on pulleys so it could be raised/lowered as necessary. It is so ingrained in my mind I think I can even remember the part numbers for the track pieces - R600. 601, 602 and 603 were (I think) the straights and (for example) R631 (or maybe R613) was one of the points.....happy days indeed.
GLWTS - my system was taken out when the cold water tank burst in the attic and brought down the ceiling, and I used the insurance money to buy a new bike. Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

Ours was set up in the loft - damned hot during the summer holidays and freezing in the winter!
Idea was that this lot was going on a board that hinged down off my nephews bedroom wall on pulleys from the ceiling but he's no longer into trains and has instead switched to 'modifying' model cars thanks to hours of watching shows like gas monkey, kindig customs etc on the TV  D4 - Stornoway Grey

Our layout is on a board learning against the garage wall looking very sorry for itself these days. Hasn’t been used for about 15 years. Just need grandson to be a couple of years older as right now he destroys more than he builds
