The tent has had very limited use (3 nights only) and has been stored in the garage always in a dry condition. The tent is in perfect condition and was purchased brand new. These tents are made in South Africa and this model weighs 60kg and will comfortablly sleep 2 adults and a small child. The annex is fully enclosed with tub floor and could sleep another 2 adults. This model of tent/annex provides 100% weather protection when entering/exiting the tent.
