Indeed It made sense , i was really torn for ages i do realky like the discoverys . I normaly keep my cars 5 years so it was time for a change, we have all the tooling and factory support at work and the warranty is excellent so thought i would give it a go . It will be interesting to see how it pulls the caravan . You're not afraid of the dark are you ?

I wouldnt sell the IID tool until you have sold the car, sods law and all that!

I dont think actual pulling power will be a problem it has around 760nm of torque . It is definately firmer on the road than the discovery which i dont mind . it however does not have low range which i used to back the van into its berth, no revving, it just pushed it in virtually on tickover. Time permitting i will fit and code the towbar next weekend then take the van for a spin You're not afraid of the dark are you ?
