[For Sale] MINI John Cooper Works Factory car 2009
For Sale ! Reluctantly we are selling our 2009 MINI JCW hatchback. We have owned this car for the last 7-8 years. My wife has used it as her commute to work car ever since and it now has 93,000 motorway miles on it. Finished in red with the Union Jack. It has a full BMW service history. It was actually serviced last week and was also fitted with a new timing chain kit including tensioners sprockets guides and variable valve solenoid.
Earlier this year it had a new Sachs clutch kit and new flywheel bearings etc..
Recent replacements include new front and rear brake discs and pads, battery, valve cover, thermostat housing, intake hoses and the usual JCW maladies.. so it’s all been done recently.
This is a factory spec build 211bhp JCW fitted with the 4 pot Brembo and drilled and vented discs. The car is totally original with no aftermarket addenda. The bodywork is totally original and unblemished. All original paintwork.
These are a super little car fitted with a 6 speed gearbox and is a pocket rocket. It’s only been driven by
my wife who is a 50 something year old mother and deputy head....so Mrs Slow and therefore not the usual thrashed JCW!
The car comes with rubber mats and as new JCW carpets which we took out when we first purchased it.
Fitted with 4 matching Pirelli tyres ( i’m a bit OCD with fitting decent tyres). This car is in great condition and the only reason for sale is mother in law has been unwell and can’t get in it anymore! Personally I think that’s an outstanding reason to keep it but wifey does rule this household!
It’s currently advertised on Autotrader at £5250 but if anyone on here is interested give us a ring and i’ll do you a deal as we’ve got too many cars on the driveway!
My number is 07815 153018...live in North West Kent close to Brands Hatch...
Private plate is not included unfortunately!
Regards Ian

The wife or the car?
Re the wife I“m afraid the setting is permanently on cruise control...
Re the JCW no i’m afraid it doesn’t! ..... think only the later ones have that option...
