[For Sale] His & Hers Scott Sportster Hybrid Bikes

Hi Folks

In 2016 I bought a job lot of bikes, of which some were old new stock from a dealer and some were ex demo bikes that needed tidying up slightly and have been selling them since then but the 2 I have here were new old stock and I just never got around to selling them so they have been collecting dust in the shed.

I have checked them over and ridden them both to ensure everything is as it should be such as cables, tyres, gears etc and all is working correctly so they just need a new home.

The first is a Scott Sportster 40 Mens Hybrid in medium and here is some info I have taken from Scott Sports site;

"The sleek lines and subtle colours of the Scott Sportster 40 hint at the racing pedigree of Scott and the desire for this bike to eat up the miles.

Built for comfort and speed, not to forget fun, the Sportster 40 allows you to go for a nice and easy ride around town, or a longer tour of the countryside, whichever you choose - the Sportster 40 will be well suited.

The Scott Sportster Comfort alloy frame pairs up beautifully with the Suntout NEX MLO fork to create a stable base for all your touring and transportation requirements. Adding into the mix 700c Syncros X-39 wheels for extra speed - you'll be flying along in no time at all.

Scott Sportster Comfort Alloy 6061 Frame
Suntour NEX MLO 63mm Travel Lockout Suspension Form
Shimano Groupset
Shimano BR-M395 Hydraulic Disc Brakes
Syncros X-39 Wheelset
Weight: 13.90kg/30.58lbs"

The second is a Scott Sporster 50 Lady's Hybrid in medium and here is some info again taken from Scott Sports site;

"A versatile hybrid bike designed for women. The Sportster 50 offers the ideal combination of performance, comfort and reliability.

Key Features
Frame - SCOTT Sportster Comfort Alloy 6061
Fork - Suntour NEX Susp. fork 1 1/2" 63mm travel
Group set - Shimano
Brakes - Shimano BR-M357L Disc
Wheels - Syncros X-39"

New in 2015 they were £550 and £475 respectively and I am looking for £310 for the gents and £280 for the lady's or £550 for both and some pics are below - sorry about the dust and the pedals are old ones just to try the bikes out;
