[For Sale] Selling my stunning condition discovery 4 Se tech black pack

Hi all,
Iam very reluctantly selling my discovery4 and thought this would be the perfect place to advertise!
It’s a december 2014 Se tech disco 4.
It’s done 75400 miles and is in pretty much immaculate condition inside and out!
We searched for ages and view 100’s to find one as clean as this.
It has full leather no scuffs or dents anywhere, inside or out!!!
It has a full landrover service history apart from 1 service that was carried out at the Volkswagen next door to the landrover garage it had previous services with.
I’ve booked it in next week for a service at a landrover specialist near me and it will have a full years mot.
All tyres, alloys and brakes are in great condition.
Unfortunately we just do not use it enough and only cover a few miles each week!
The limit alarm has allways been set to 72mph and has never been over that! We are still using it at the moment for the school run’s so I will have it fully valeted before it’s sold.
As I say, it’s in really beautiful condition and drives perfect.

Iam new to all this so Iam bound to have forgot some information!
I would like £21,000 and have been offered £18,000 from the garage I brought it from who say they will sell for 22-23.

Any questions or advice please feel free to contact me
Thanks for looking, Dan 07766465030

Looks good, snap the offer up before they change their mind Very Happy

It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Ditto , that was a good offer dont forget they have to stand by it . They may ask 22 but would struggle to get anywhere near that there are more sellers than buyers of Discos at the moment and even those on here are not exactly flying off the shelves. my 16 graphite has dropped by 8k in a year even with a new engine.

Agree, take it and run. With ULEZ creeping in everywhere non ULEZ cars are going to be difficult to sell, especially big SUVs like the D4.

I sold my last D4 XS 2014 lots of extras etc to the very first caller on Autotrader. Dealer in Cumbria, bought it at my price over the phone and sent a man to drive it up to him. I asked and got a bit more than you are asking for despite all the 18/17.5K offers on WBAC etc. My now ex-car was on his forecourt within a week and sold during the next one which was mid-March. Yes it had a mark up of course but I was happy with my price. Painless experience too.
Worth the £30 odd quid with Autotrader perhaps before you lose £kK.

PS: I did advertise it on here too.

Thanks jonno1, I think that’s the way to go. I will give it a go for a week or so and see what happens🤞

Best price I got for my XC90 was from Motorway. Great process and very easy and painless transaction. I got £4k more than WBAC and it was bought by a main dealer, but then it was a 2020 car.

Give it a go, you've nothing to lose. Thumbs Up

Just be aware if you do use a “we buy” type company, your description of ‘Black Pack’ is not the designated LR variant.

Yours has an all black grill & side vents.
The LR variant has the above (though with silver grill trim) and the following all in black :- fog surrounds, bonnet and tailgate lettering, wheels, door handles and mirror caps.

Could always be used as an excuse to deduct from a £quoted price.

As for your advert on here, listing the colour (is it green or grey?) and providing pics of the interior would go a long way in aiding a sale.

Good luck, nice D4. Thumbs Up
