Sankey trailer - Security and jockey wheel

Hopefully this is the right sub-forum for this!

Wondering if there are any options available for securing a sankey when it's at the campsite? I realise not many people will have the NATO hitch but I'd rather reduce the risk as much as possible. I did think something like a wheel clamp would work but space is at a premium.

Also - I don't have a jockey wheel (it's a narrowtrack). I don't fancy the idea of drilling into the A-frame, so what other options would I have? Have a bracket welded on?

I drilled the A-frame on my Rapier Resupply and it wasnt easy! Damn hard for aluminium. Jockey wheel works fine, but you need to get a longer one than standard. I didn't so have to carry a 4" wood block everywhere.

Ray makes hitchlocks for the NATO ring.

Eh - no. But it's sitting out on the drive at present so I could take some. What do you want to see?

Or you could pop round for a coffee!

Um I was interested in the jockey wheel fitting - where you've got it, how it's fixed etc. And if there's anything else of interest then photos of that too Thumbs Up

Coffee would be good... but, judging by your flag you're a bit far away Very Happy

No problem! And for the benefit of the trolls, it is now back in the locked yard.
