Sankey type trailer - changing to Disco PCD

Hello all,

Ive got a ex Royal Navy trailer - built by RM trailers to tow behind a RN defender. A great bit of kit and not so different than a Sankey.

Current PCD is Defender and want to convert it to the same as a D3/4 if possible.

Im sure some others have done it, just wondering if they had redrilled drums or spacers/converters?

I bought some Sankey Trailer spaces from this guy on FleaBay.

Might be worth trawling his shop or even ringing him?

Apparently you need a defender to discovery adapter, but even tgen the hub on the Sanjey is 2mm wider so the adapter needs to accommodate this, this what I was told by Bodsey. I've been in touch with an ebay supplier that make and sell the adapters and they can make them to fit. I think they were about £240 for a set of 4. If you're not in a mad rush I'd go halves on a set.
