I did get one off ebay for £17.50, it was genuine, of course and I have had no problems with it. I don't think they are worth the full price as the sat nav is crap compared to tom tom.

Depends if you use it a lot. I had the original in my 06 and upgraded it last year which did make a difference to roads that were previoulsy not on it. I will wait on the next revision before upgrading, as there may not be such a big change in one update.

From an 05 std disc to present will be a big jump in info.

Mine is an 05 SE too, so might think about it.......is it possible to copy disks Whistle
Is there a version that includes Green Lanes and the such?

obviously copying discs is illegal but its ok to have a back up disc so you dont damage your original not checked if mines the latest but i dont think it is would be nice to have the latest though Wink

So how are you going to damage the original? I sits in the DVD drive and stays there until you replace it with a new one, chances of damage are very minimal Rolling Eyes
