Its a dealer update only - apparently you purchase an upgrade token from Navtec and present this to the dealer and they plug it into their wizbang computer and upgrade it!!
Someone will be along here who has had it done shortly. 2010/60 Discovery 4 XS Zermatt Silver - Privacy Glass, Timed Climate (with remote), Voice, 4x4 screen, Bong on lock/un-lock (Pete BellAutos)

I will hopefully have an answer by end of next week ...although the dealer did say originally i had to buy the code from navtec ..but i pointed out that it says its done direct via the dealer .
Still waiting on a firm price ..but not looking cheap  G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Dealer buys code from Navtec. Around £100 for Western Europe.
Then takes around 45 minutes to load the update into the car.
