No copied discs worked, the screen just sits with "Insert Map DVD"
Replacing with the original (destroyed) disc displays part of a map but goes to "DVD Read Error" once moving (presumably it tries to read a damaged area of the disc).
Sounds like we need a new player then - quite angry that the LR extended warranty doesn't cover it.

The listing states the DVD player is £2K list and he is selling it for £700. Surely a DVD drive is not that expensive . How much is TLO's price.
EDIT: The £300 looks like a good deal as you will have a spare radio and screen.
