HELP! After working perfectly my sat nav screen now displays "DVD Read Error" on a white screen with "Caution" at the top left-hand side of the screen. It occasionally flashed back to the map but now seems to have settled on the error message. I've checked all the plugs in the back of the unit under the seat, and have removed and reloaded the genuine 2009 disc several times to no avail. Everything else works, including the TV, - any suggestions please?

Hi Bary C All.
Take out the disc and carefuly inspect it for any marks. Then clean it using a very soft lint free cloth or one of the DVD cleaning gadgets available from the likes of Maplin etc. The tv is seperate from the Sat Nav so that would work regardless.
