I am racking my brain a bit here, but when I first got my 2016 Landmark I did pay to download Speed Camera locations and then imported them from a USB stick to the vehicles Sat Nav. It was a pain as you had to keep it up to date with further downloads and imports.
I don't bother with it now as I use Sat Nav on the iPhone instead, which updates much easier.

You can indeed but as above you soon get bored of doing the updates as it is totally down to you to set it up to warn you as you are basically using the softwares ability to inform you of POIs that are self imported. After a while the bongs really get on your nerves as it warns of every speed camera location fixed or mobile. Dont bother asking JLR as you will just get a you cant do that! but it is possible with the knowledge of how to import your own POIs.
