Satnav screen map detail not showing - D4 2013 SE

Hi All,

I have just purchased this vehicle and the satnav shows up like the below pic. I.e. no roads are shown but it does show me the correct road name in the box on the right bottom. I have tried zooming in and out and still nothing is displayed.

Any ideas how to fix this? Am i just being daft and have it in the wrong setting?

Thank you.

Anyone?

LR did a software upgrade and I’m still having the same problem.

Thank you

Thats odd. Never seen that before. What have you upgraded? Possibly a corrupted base map?

That's zoomed right in, might be no detail to be seen on the map there.

LR reloaded the navigation software; I’m not sure exactly what. The display worked for a day they returned back to that.
It is going back to LR on Monday but would like to find out what needs to be done.

No I’ve tried zooming out also. There is definitely many roads around me that usually show up on the screen.
The map is displayed sometimes but mostly the display is as per picture.

Here is a pic in the same location when the screen did display correctly. Vehicle parked in same spot in both pictures.
