SatNav Voice

Is there any way to turn off the voice guidance - rage almost took over the other day when she kept turning down the radio to point out the bloody obvious.

Example situation:
I wanted to get to a particular carpark in london, i know how to get to within 1km of the place, but wanted a faff free run to it once within range.

The system required me to start guidance from home, since i couldn't really do it while driving, but i really didn't want to be listening to directions and bongs all the way there.

LR could do with adding a volume control like the one TomTom uses.

You can turn it off or on easily with two touches using the buttons displayed bottom right of the navigation menu screen

You can also ask her to shut up... but I can't remember the voice command. Very Happy

Nav voice offset can be set without waiting for her to speak. The radio volume will still lower when she speaks though whatever the offset is The End
