Scottish engine repairs

Hi, Looking for a good discovery specialist in Scotland for discovery's. I've got a 2011 which the timing belt pulley decided to disintegrate. Need to know what I'm going to need from a reliable source. The head with the damaged pulley doesn't turn the other side does. Thanks.
