Hi,
So yesterday my speakers were working fine, go to the truck this morning nothing.
SAT NAV screen is black and the radio/cd is there but getting no sound. ( The screen has been flickering for a number for months)
I guessing its the AMP. Checked the carpets they all seem dry
any tests that i can do?

Welcome... an intro would be nice!
try as searider says, BUT is your screen was malfunctioning (flickering) why should it be the AMP now?
there is a MOST bus loop in your D3.... if one apparatus on the loop is malfunctioning, there is no sound...
so if either your Screen, or the bluetooth carkit or TMC or whatever is on the MOST loop is not "on" there is simply no sound, even if the radio says: channel BBC "on air" or what ever channel  Best regards

So little update went to my car at lunch to do a hard reset, everything worked fine screen works and so dose the sound. Did a hard reset items stilled worked...
Left work at 5, Screen works but now no sound
Arrive home turn car off then on again. Back to no screen and sound
Let the car sit for 5 mins then restarted it, back to screen and sound 🤦♀️
Just bought a MOST cable so that I can link things out and looks like I’ll be going from there

I think it's 97% likely its the screen failure causing no sound.
ditch it ?
replace it?
fit a D4 nav screen. (days work +)
