Seat bolt seized

I’m taking the interior out of the car and out of all the seat bolts there’s just one spinning(back seat).
It’s on the o/s/r right above the chassis.

I’ve tried getting at it with the grinder to no avail.
And I can’t get a good purchase on it to grab a hold while I try to unscrew it.

Any ideas?
Cheers

Hiya

Can u get a Dremel with the flexi shaft and installed with the small zip type cutting blades in there , if the vice grips don’t work if cutting a slit in the collar or cutting it off flush

In the mean time have u got any ATF oil, pour some of that on the bolt to try to at least loosen it up abit
