Need to whip the front seats out quickly in the rain 8) to put some heated elements in them. Whats the quickest way and which nuts/bolts need releasing

Four hex bolts for the whole seat, at the end of the rails, easy enough to find when you've got the plastic cowls off.
Seat will then come out (remove the cables underneath first).
You'll need to seperate the bottom from the back of the seat.
Once this is done then you'll need to remove the seat covers, attach the heating elements and then put the seat covers back on. Then re-assemble both top and bottom.
Then you'll need to find someone with the HEVAC unit for the switches for the heated seats.

Reckon on a complete day to do it properly - those little rings that hold the seat covers on are a real bugg.er
