Secondary Turbo Loud Whistle

Good morning all,

I have a louder than normal turbo whistle coming in at the 2800rpm, so assuming the secondary turbo.

I would describe it as sounding like an intercooler hose leak however but no excessive sound from the first turbo.

There is no smoke, loss of power or warning lights coming up.

I have searched for this issue but haven't seemed to find a similar problem.

Do any of you have any ideas?

I do have a video but not sure how to post it?
