My question is, what service does she need? Going on the LR rotation she needs a 'B' service - do the belts need to be done now, or wait for 115k? Or should I just take to a good indy and get them to have a good look and recommend?2013 D4 HSE

Belts should be done at 7 years or 112,000 miles, which ever is first although there would be no harm in doing them earlier.
As the car is new to you it does sound like a good plan to have a good indy do a thorough check and take it from there.

Thanks! Good info - how do interpret this? Does it go on the number of services? Previous owner seems to have serviced more regularly that 12 months/16,000 miles so already completed 7 services in 5 years and 84,000 miles.
So should I be looking at a year 6 service, a 98,000 mile service or service number 8?2013 D4 HSE

For what it's worth I have always followed the JLR schedule, and in addition done an oil & filter change mid-way between the 2 JLR official services.
Fresh oil & a filter cost very little & I sleep better at night!
Depending on how long you intend to keep the car I would consider doing the belts early, and possibly refreshing the oil pump at the same time.

Thanks, good advice. Definitely want to get 'everything' done on this service as can't be certain what was done previously. Keen to keep the car as long as she'll keep running - a day, a year, a lifetime ...
Might have to leave the belts a few months though, all my cash appears to have flowed on buying the car, tax and insurance. Next step service, then tyres, then belts! Oh, and all the other things that will crop up along the way ...2013 D4 HSE

Hi Guru,
Last service including cam belt change and body off to replace a leaking rear cam seal was done at Groombridges , based in Heathfield, East Sussex. Good guys who know their stuff and car is running the best it has ever.
No glamour with them but I can recommend giving them a call - 01435863228
I travel from Surrey to them now because I rate them so highly and they are pretty good value.
They do courtesy cars but don't expct anything newer than a high mileage FL2 !

Thanks, I'll check them out.
Belts will be the next service (in about a year) for me - I've started saving already!
Also, getting a clunk from the front on speed bumps/braking. Assuming front bushes / arms from what I've read on the forums but getting it checked out next week. Hoping the warranty will cover (as it explicitly names bushes and suspension in what's covered).
Sailed through the Mot on 1 Feb with no advisories so must be a recent thing...2013 D4 HSE
