Side kick-plate trim removal

I've got a after market parking sensor box behind the trim highlighted below that I 'd like to remove after fitting the genuine front parking setup.

Trouble is, I can't see how it comes out to get to said box - seems to be attached to the centre console somehow Question

Are there any clues or guides out there for this Question Question

Thanks to Dan, got this done today. Not for the faint hearted and spent all day with the car.

Couldn’t understand how the cheap aftermarket parking module had been screwed on to the trim ... and after a few hours I realised it hadn’t Rolling Eyes ... stuck on with sticky pad - the screws i could see were for the unit itself Big Cry

After ripping that out and following the live lead all the way round from the drivers side trim to the nearside rear quarter panel Twisted Evil

Then spend some time trying to get airbag off to see if had heated clock spring ... found catches a lot easier to unclip when paddles unscrewed....

Pics of my day Laughing
