Are they the genuine LR VTK500010's?
If so, did not fit mine, dealer did but I have just removed them completely to refurbish them ready for my D4 and will fit them to that myself.
What is it that you don't understand?
You can download instructions from LR website but I assume will be the same as the ones you already have. 2015 D4 HSE in Corris Grey

Yes as far as I know they are,
The instructions are ok its just not that clear as the pic's are in black & white and not very big!!
From what I can see I have to remove the plastic trim from the bottom of the door etc and cut section out?!
This is on a D3 not a 4 not sure how it ended up in here

It is not the trim off the bottom of the door you remove, it is the black trim on the sill. This pulls off with gentle persuassion from a plastic spatula. You will then see on the back a marking where to cut the hole. It took me about an hour to fit them. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

There are some headed plastic expanding pins on the underside of the plastic sill covers.
Get a broad blade screw driver and prise the heads away from the covers and remove them along with the expanding hollow studs behind them.
There are a couple of screws in the bottom of the rear wheel arch and one screw where the cover enters the rear of the front wheel arch to remove (the front one is not necessary but makes the cover easier to slide in and out) then as Russell says, the plastic covers will snap away from the sill with gentle pressure behind it ~ doors need to be open.
When the covers are refitted after cutting out, some bolts are fitted through the mounting brackets before the covers go back on and some ~ 3 bolts from memory pass through each of the covers and the relevent brackets after the covers are in place i.e. 3 bolts from outside of each cover ~ or at least that is the way it was on mine.

Having just done this last weekend to my D3, I would suggest when fitting the brackets that you temporarily fit all the bolts so that the brackets line up with the mounting holes. The instructions leave a few out to be fitted after the trim is back on - I did this on the first side and had a nightmare trying to get the bolts in after the brackets had be torqued up and the trim back on.
On the second side, fitted all the bolts loosely, torqued up the ones needed, then they easily came out and back in when fitting the trim.
I cut the trim with a stanley blade - took a while, but no mess.

Did mine in the last days of the snow ,could of picked a better day but overall not to bad a job if you go through the instructions a few times getting the trims back on was the worst bit ,also used stanley knife to cut out for brackets just make sure its a new sharp blade and wear gloves (ouch) good luck
