You can download/print them from the LR Topix website, just select the d4/year 10, then the owner tab and then accessory and fitting instructions. look under fitting instructions for access and the fitting instructions will be listed

OK Try this
Open both doors on one side
Look under the plastic side sill trim and find about 7 small plastic fittings, look a little like a screew, gently prise these out, they are in two parts. From memor there is also two screews on the end inside the rear wheel arch.
Once these have all been removed, use a plastic fish slice to gently lever from the top in a dirrection away from the car. The plastic sill protector should come away with ease.
Once this has been removed, you should find three pairs of covered threaded holes, one pair at the back, one in the middle and one at the front. Remove the tape from these holes to reveal the threaded holes.
Bolt the three supplied brackets to the sill, from memroy you may have to remove some of the remaining trim clips if they did not come away with the plastic trim.
Now look on the back of the plastic sill trim, you should see three areas marked out which replecate where the brackets are on the car. These are the areas that need to be cut out to allow the plastic trim to go back onto the car over and around the brackets. Cut these with a small pad saw or jig saw, the areas marked are generous.
Once cut out refit the plastic skill trims onto the sill and over the brackets, clip and screw back into place.
The side step can them be bolted to the brackets and adjusted to fit snuggly.
Job done on one side, now repeat for the other side. Should take about an hour to do both sides.

Hope that makes sense and is of help.
