How long until one might be ready to send to Aus? Mine burst on Wednesday so plenty of 'James Bond' smoke screen pulling out of junctions at the moment!

Hi redrangerove,
Welcome.
To tide you over, you might consider wrapping high-strength "duct" tape over the offending area, extending it a further 50mm or so at each end. Certainly not a permanent repair, but may get you the time you need.
Id be up for one of these pete. Im pretty Sure mine is Delaminating or has small split but cant find the time to enspect......

Im hoping for the mandrels ive orderd to be ready this week, then i can get a sample made to chq for a good fit.
Once it fits perfect ill have a bigger batch made.
I have a company who already make my hoses that do a good job so ill be using them for this one.
Here is a pic of some other hoses i have for the Defender's it will give you an idea of quality and finish untill i have a sample TDV6 to take a proper picture of.

Just out of interest , where do they normally split on the hose ? Top or Bottom ?
I get a whoooosh noise when De-accelerating on mine and was thinking could be air leak .
Cheers
