Slimer,

Your balls are VERY clean.

Do you always wipe them before photographing them ? or do you have no oil in your sump ?

I like to keep my balls in top condition, I leave them soaking in a soothing oil and give them a good wipe when I get them out for public display

I'm sure I saw an Anne Summers catalogue once with something similar looking in it - I think they were called "love beads" or something like that...

Just thought that might be useful if anyone ever needs a replacement - might by cheaper than the offical LR ones. Alternatively, if the LR dipstick is cheaper, LR may have hit upon a new market sector here?

OK, so we have 30 results for the dip stick poll out of 205 members. We know at least 5 members do not own a car yet, so 170 of you don't check your oil Shocked

Come on people look at your dipstick. Its the yellow topped thing on the right as you look into the bonnet right at the back on the TDV6. Simon finds it hard to reach and it has that liquid gold stuck too it when with drawn..

12 red
12 orange
5 yellow
1 other

Can anyone now tell me which colour goes with with D3 for instance:
'S' - Orange?
