Hi guys just a quick word of praise for the boys in blue and Skytag
on Thursday morning (3.30 ish) I was woke by the sound of breaking glass and the car alarm..
looked out of bedroom window to see 3 scumbags, 1 stood by their car, 1 standing round with a crowbar and 1 climbing head first through my drivers window.
Obviously they saw me at the window as they started threatening to "F" me up..etc
less than 3 mins from waking the car was gone. They used an obd device to start it.
I called police straight away and informed them what had happened, and told them i have a SKYTAG fitted.
Phoned Skytag and gave them the required crime number and they activated the tracker, I had a call from police saying they had cars in my area looking for my car, then a few mins later to say it had been found parked up about 8 miles away.
Wifey drove me round to it and we found an officer waiting for us to secure it, as I started the engine my phone rang again as Skytag phoned me to check it was me starting the engine.

By this time it was around 4.30 am, so in all i got my car back in about an hour from being taken.
I have to say im impressed with the service i recieved from both the team at Skytag and the Police and would like to publicly thank them all

How awful. Might be worth editing this to remove the info on where trackers are placed and reposting. PAGODA

I deliberately showed that, as the scummies all know the place trackers are usually fitted, hopefully people will realise that itsjust too obvious a place to fit them, and make it harder to find

Comforting to know it works. I have Skytag’s in my caravan, and in my Series 2a that I restored recently.
