In Spain either .... I think it is to be a MY 2014 not a specification of the country lost in translation!

It's the MY14 cars in the car set up on the dashboard you can select "winter park wiper blades" which parks them at an angle up the windscreen.

I think you can lift the wipers on all D4's after MY14. Not a country spec, but a model year feature! BTW, you cannot lift the rear one.
@CarlFraz: Unfortunately, I don't think there is a wiper park setting on the Disco. These settings are gimmicks for the street version range of LR vehicles. I have to admit that I haven't put the black badges on yet, keeping them in the safe and will do as soon as I get bored of the silver ones...

Well my MY2015 isn't able to lift the wipers like that, it's exactly the same as the ones on the MY2012 & MY2011. Also can't see any winter park feature in the settings on the vehicle set up screen Cheers Ian

Thinking about that, mine's a LHD, so I guess they wipe the screen anticlockwise first, whereas in UK models it would be clockwise first. Is that right? Maybe it's got to do with that then.

In my MY15 LHD I can lift the whipers in park as well.
Seems LHD to RHD specific. Cheers Patrick from Munich
