Search on Solar chargers as this has come up before and several members have such an item - unsure if its the same as you are looking at but worth dong the search
Vellemen, I believe, make copies or produce "cheaper" / no-name products as well as distribute. A local electronics shop sells a lot of their products. I've purchased a few items (though not a solar charger) and never had a problem.
So as a supplier, they provide cheaper but not necessarily inferior products.The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

I use one of these when my D3 is Standing around, and TBH most of the time
Its a pretty basic one, but keeps the battrey trickle charged. I used to connect direct to the battrey with the termanal clips that also come with the unit, hence the trailing wire. Now you can do it this way, as I used to tuck the wire under the screen pillar trim, or do a WIGGS (forum member) modification, and bridge the terminals in the fuse box and allow permanent LIVE to AUX sockets inside, allowing to trickle charge through them
