I'm no expert.
I've just bought an 05 plate HSE with 94k miles on it from a Dealer for £17k and some loose change. They're "throwing in" a paint protection (£400 retail, about £50 to them) and 6 months tax. It also comes with some LR warranty - albeit the lower quality sub 100k mile one.
The car is in very nice condition for 5 years and 94k miles. I guess it would have to be reasonable for them to put something like that on the forecourt next to a £40k Disco 4.
How does yours compare? Well, it looks to be imaculate. Mine isn't. Nice, but not imaculate. Yours has clearly been well looked after, you have done a considerable amount of preventative maintenance, and its loaded with expensive extras. The plate must be worth a few quid, and I'll need to spend at least £500 to get mine tuned.
So, would I have spent an extra £945 on yours had I seen it and been local? Probably!
I decided to go for a car from a Dealer after seeing some newer, more expensive, much lower mileage cars that had obviously been abused. I just wanted some (small) peace of mind.
In my opinion, compared to some of what I've seen in the last few weeks, yours has got to be worth £18k of anyone's money.
But, I'm no expert...

My 05 hse(89k) cost me the thick end of 16k,bog standard no history few problems and private sale.So with all the goodies you have got on yours i would have thought you were spot on price wise.(put it this way,if i hadnt bought mine you would definately be getting a call from me  )
