I bought a new Landmark from Westover’s in Salisbury in 2016. They no longer have the LR franchise there, at least I’m assuming that, as I had a message on my phone from Hendy’s. They’re very keen to buy any late model D4. 👍2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Just bought a 2014 HSE over here for near enough same money, but it would be another €10k ++ to import and register yours in Ireland unfortunately. Otherwise I would have swum over to buy yours!

Wow. Had no idea import taxes were so high in the fairer isle. I guess that’s CO2 taxes etc?

It is called Vehicle Registration Tax over here, based on CO2 and value - had a quick look and it is closer to €14k! Since Jan 01 this year there is now also a NOx charge which on a pre Euro 6 Disco will add a further €4k! But not the case here obv

Now sold. A very sad day knowing that unless I buy another I’ll never own a better all-rounder again, but relief all the same. Thanks for your interest.

Out of interest where did the sale come from (Autotrader or ebay etc)?
My D4 is looking for a new home, and trying to find the best place to advertise.
TIA

Autotrader, sold it on the first day it went up and I don’t think I was too cheap either tbh. Guy had been looking for a few weeks and when my ad went up it was exactly what he wanted. I did advertise it there before and the only interest I had was from a reseller, so I was probably too expensive before.
