Mrs DG loves them 8) ...she had a sit in the one in the Woking Audi showroom ......couldn't get her out until I challenged her long standing opinion that cars are only to go from A to B Rolling Eyes

I don't know why, but I am not an Audi fan. Having said that, the Audi V12 diesel prototypes which came 2nd at Le Mans the other week were interesting. They (and the Peugeot's) were almost silent as they went by at 200mph. Everything else needed ear plugs.

Neither am I - they've taken the corporate front end to its ultimate end and they all look the same - even the Q7

Only ones I wouldn't turn my nose up are the R8 and A5

When it comes to Audis............. Whistle

Got to say, the modern motors are all just up-market euro-boxes. BMW and Audi do them very well and they are becomming good at reflecting eachothers blandness. Neutral

However, when it comes to the sportier models....... Mr. Green

There's a newish white R8 always parked up on the grass outside a house on the road going out of Chobham towards the M3.

I've always wondered why he doesn't park it inside on the drive, as it's a large enough house.

Is it an R8 owner thing, if you've got it, flaunt it?
