Spacers
I am considering buying 30mm spacers for my 2012 D4 with 19" wheels but before I commit I'd like to check if access mode is fully useable with these installed? I use access mode in car parks at times and am concerned that there may be some rubbing at full lock with spacers installed?
Thanks

Standard 19" HSE wheels with Pirelli Scorpion ATR tyres
Borrow a set of spacers and try?A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I have 30mm spacers and have never noticed a problem. Have 19 inch wheels and standard tyres. Will have a look in the morning. Pretty sure it won’t be a problem.

Just did a 3 point turn in access mode - no rubbing.
Not a great picture but definite gap with 255/55/19 Continentals.

pics in gallery if you are bored enough to look.It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.
What torque do you use on the bolts holding the spacers to the hub. Not a lot of metal under the bolt heads.A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I’ve run spacers and adaptors on a few cars over the years, always used the standard torque settings for both the spacer to hub and wheel to spacer and never had an issue. I’ve just picked up a D3 on Range Rover 21’s and that has spacers, no rubbing in access or any mode with 275 45 21 tyres.

Forgive my ignorance, what's the point of spacers with standard wheels?

I didn’t think spacers would be required due to the offset for the 21’s but they were fitted and I like the look
