no I wouldnt use them as there is no center lip to sit the wheel rim on, so the wheels wont run balanced. You cant rely on the bolts to center the rim correctly.

As Al aid no lip to hang the wheel on, the studs will not center the wheel and you will get vibration.

Surely you'd be better [and safer] with another wheel with a bigger offset.
I'm running 20's which gives mine a wider stance.
But there are other wheels in smaller sizes which would also do.
I think the wheels Very Disco runs are 17's and they look to have a wider stance over normal.I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

yes, thats the lip - these are known over here as hubcentric spacers, so that your wheels locate correctly, and dont run as if they were out of balance.
