Maybe some SA wine as well
Oh, and a gallon or two of Scottish gin.... (not sure how they manage to grow the cucumbers up there, very nice all the same though)
Cheese... got to be Wensleydale or white stilton...
Aagh! You've put me off now: I may have to go back to Bombay Sapphire..

Not to mention our Spanish Cava which also is a well-established competitor in the sparkling segment.
This is turning more into an all-alcohol challenge rather than the French vs. the rest of the world fine wine competition...
What does that say about us LR owners? JL Martin

That we can't keep anything on topic for more than about four posts?

Is there something different about a Spanish Phone then? 8) Why do you want one? Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Been tasting some wine already, Steve?
It all started with my requesting a Spanish language spot, like the Francophone one. Then the French could not resist to comment on the idea and brag about their wine (and cheese)....
To sum it all up:
Martin is willing to consider my request (if some Spanish wine samples are sent his way);
The French vs. Spanish wine challenge has turned into a total drinking fest at Disco3.co.uk;
It has been established that LR owners can't keep focused on one subject for too long (due to our drinking habits?) JL Martin
