spare wheel fitment

Hello, so my disco did not come with a spare wheel, assume its either gone missing or been used and not replaced with the previous owners.
My car is a 65 plate and has adblue, can i fit a full size spare under it? without it bottoming out off road?

I am going to buy a protector plate for it, and new winch cable etc just so i know it all works

all of which i understand is fairly straight forward to fit

Thanks
Tom

As stated the full size works with the ad blue models. I have both myself. The full size spare came as standard with the HSE (Jun 2015).
The RLD protector seems to do the trick of protecting the cable. They sometimes come up for sale on here. They fit inside the wheel and the LR cover stays on the bottom.
Lights , front and back are also a common target and also worth securing. Some people have turned of keyless entry or use a faraday security pouch to store the keys indoors which helps foil some methods of break in.
Cheers
 Gary

As above, it will prob have been nicked. Do you still have the winch “end”, the bit that gets cut?
