HI,
I am new and just bought an 06 Disco 3. I have only had it two days and the special terrain programs wont switch on. Earlier today when driving all seemed fine and I could see the gear I was in on the dash. Now it shows nothing and the special terrain programs wont work and the message is displyed in the message area. Please help. Is there a way of restting it. Is this a massive bill (as it was a private sale)

Think your gearbox sensor may need resetting - it can be done at home for free and there are instruction on here on how to do it. somewhere!

A weak battery can cause a lot of strange problems, as well as failed brake light bulbs. Maybe put the battery on charge tonight then try her again. If you can give more information about the fault I am sure one of the guys on here can offer more help. Now driving BMW 330d Touring....misses D3...but not when at traffic lights
