Splitting AUX and choosing which device

Evening all.

I want to fit an aux splitter, so I can have 2 things connected (DAB pure highway and my tablet)

I have the aux splitter cable, but does anyone know how I would select which device was live through the aux?

Thanks!

Presuming you have 3.5mm jacks, this might help: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5mm-A-B-Speak...0005.m1851.

I had to do something similar but using AV leads and managed using an off the shelf port switch.
That linked item looks like it might strip down so you can incorporate it leaving just the switch on show. Wink
