main visual changes to the 2014 model were the grill, side repeaters in the mirrors, SDV6 on the wings, and the front/rear headlights.
All of these though are workable upgrades to the earlier models.
The main giveaway is on the centre console, as the 2014> models came with stop/start so what was just the hill descent control button, was split into two for HDC and stop start.
the interior dash pic is a bit grainy but shows its a double button so that is indeed a genuine 2014> model D4.2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

My way to tell is whether it has Start /Stop - will have a button to turn that off under Hill Descent Control Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

Real thing, even on factory spec sheet from dealer it says SDV6 and "Family badge black".
