Squeak/ grind over bumps

I have this bloody annoying problem.

When I go over bumps (speed bumps ideal for reproducing) I can feel a squeak/rubbing/grind from the underside.

With the window down and coasting it sounds like a 1970 cortina with dodgy leaf springs (same noise but quieter)

I have isolated the problem as only occurring on the front o/s.

Any ideas? The dealer looked at the problem a couple of weeks ago and "lubricated" everything they could, but hasn't stopped it. Big Cry

It's driving me nuts, what with the 22mpg too ! Wot's that in Old Money

I shall try it shortly but I'm not sure it will work the bumps that I can easily repoduce the creak extend the suspension more than I can with rocking !!

Go figure the creak is rear o/s Shocked

I've always been in the car when it happens, always felt and sounded as though it was the front o/s Wot's that in Old Money

Hello,

I think I have very similar problem with my disco4... same issues with squeaks while driving slowly over bumps.. I've also noticed that when outside temperature drops below 10*C problems doesn't not occur. Have you been able to solve this problem already ? I've visited service but they said it is normal... blah blah blah... can't believe it anyways... can't be normal.
