Steering Knock

I am getting a knocking from the steering when on right hand lock, much worse on uneven ground but still there even on tarmac. Any obvious causes? In access height it is really bad when reversing and applying lock, thinking it could be lock stops? 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
