Steering rack replacement

Does anyone know if a Discovery 4 steering rack will fit a Discovery 3?

I put a "reconditioned" rack on a few years ago and it has started to weep, I can pick up a good used Discovery 4 one locally but not sure if it will fit.

While I'm here does anyone know of a good wheel alignment place near the New Forest area?
