Has yours got a DPF? It might be the regen cycle that occurs when it gets full. Happens more often if lots of short journeys.

Just a thought couple weeks back mine started vibrating quite badly. When I got home I felt the wheels and hubs and found the nearside rear really hot. Took it to the dealers the next day. They said they found nothing but changed the park brake linings because they had cooked, and lubed the park brake system. Been OK since. Vibration felt like a semi flat tire on the front making the steering and whole vehicle shake Exclamation

So what is the procedure described LTB00633?

Is it anything more than just re-balancing the wheels?

I'm having exactly these symptoms and the wheels have all bee rebalanced - there's an improvement but it' still not right.

If your symtoms have lessened, then logic would say yer on the right track, so are there any flat spots on the tyre/s or are the wheels slightly buckled?

Had similar with my d3, a decent tyre shop would be able to see if there are buckles when spinning the wheels on the machine.....

take it back and get um to do it again Thumbs Up

Laughing
Logic and land rovers.

I have noticed a small improvement with new tyres and balance but not a return to normal

Even changed back to the 20 inch wheels as they were fine when fitted before but still the same situation as 19 inch wheels.

Banging Head Banging Head

Have you tried moving front wheels to back to see if that makes any difference

Okay, thanks DG......but this morning having arrived at work i've noticed that the NSF disk is warm to the touch where the OSF is not......I wonder if the pads aren't properlt retracting......would this cause a vibration of this sort???
