Indeed you can. It is a RRS wheel, which will fit the D4, and comes in about 4 different versions (heated, non-heated, paddles, no paddles, etc.). Without looking at Microcat, I cannot tell you what the part numbers are.

There is certainly quite a list of different versions. What is it that you are after?

Well I would be interested in one which would suit the almont interior, heated, possibly with the paddles, but does not need to be. Are the paddles then functional as well?

You don't get the paddles, it is just that the cowl has slots for them.
Sounds like what you want is LR019707, Wheel Assy - Steering, Automatic Gearshift, Colour Keyedl, Heated, Manual Speed Control, Almond/Arabica
They don't do a non-heated version.

Muhm, sounds nice Do you have any idea how much does it cost and if I could order it directly from the factory?
Many thanks!

No idea at all! I spend my productive time looking for oil to refine into fuel to go into my D4......prices of LR parts are not my department. Suggest you contact The Large One.
Guess the price is going to be in the €400-500 range.
