Do you have a foot rack on?
I had similar issues on my D3 (not whilst under breaking though), changed everything & it still carried on. Removed the roof rack & had no more issues. Paul.

Replace both calipers and while you are at it strip and grease the sliders, do not use copper slip use lm or mintex slider grease, yes a good time to do V8 upgrade, but as you say you have new discs so need to get the use of them first.

I just taught i'd update this thread as to where I'm at with solving this issue. The judder is still present in the car. Since my last post i have changed the nearside calliper and sliders for new items. The disc was taken off and the matting surfaces cleaned and the disc refitted. The wheels were rotated and the steering rack has been replaced for a reconditioned item. I have tried checking the wheel bearing again but cannot find any play. I'm going to put a third set of discs on this week to see if this cures it. The only other thing left to replace is the steering column shaft. Fingers crossed ill get this sorted.

before spending more money on discs buy/borrow a dial gauge (£16 on the bay) and check the disc runout,no more than 0.05mm on the front and 0,09 on the rear anymore then change the disc,did mine last week had similar probs now solved,1x front disc had 0.30 mm runout on it please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

I had taught about that but just presumed they would be more expensive. At that price i'll defo give it a try, you don't have a link to one by any chance?

Another update for this thread. since my last post on this forum i replaced the front discs again as it was just getting the better of me and i needed some piece and quite. within 3000 miles the shake/vibration came back. I have been living with it for the last six months, December last year i took it to a different mechanic. He had it for 3 weeks and could not find the fault. He had the discs off and checked on a lathe, the wheels were balanced and new pads fitted. He thinks it could be the ABS pump, and said it is giving out different pressures? he is getting a second opinion about it. Anyone have any thoughts?

Have your wheels ever been refurbished?
I ask as I had this exact issue with a previous car, couldn’t find the issue for the life of me.
We decided to have the tyres removed to check wheels, turns out the tyres were full of water from when wheels were refurbished, emptied and shakes were completely gone.

I had all these issues.
Replaced suspension, discs etc etc.
2 new calipers sorted it.
I know you have had 1, but change both.
Other note is that you say the wheels have no movement when checking for wheel bearings. Neither did mine, but the bearing was completely shot.

If you have a dial gauge try checking the edge of the wheel rim to see if you have a buckle in the rim.
This sort of vibration under braking was a common problem on the XK Jaguar due to the very wide rims
easily getting buckled. (Probably made worse by the low profile tyres)
Maybe worth checking as you seem to have tried everything else!

The wheels were a used set that i bought and put new Duratrac rubber on them. I still have the old set so i will put them on just to see.

I have had a similar shake and also a rough ride over every single thing on the road like rumble strips. The other night whilst playing around I had my son rock the steering whilst it was on the ground and there was a distinct knock coming from inside the steering rack.
I did my homework and worked out that the only thing that could cause this is the rack guide. So bravely I took my 19mm socket and tightened the nut. Low an behold the knock is gone and the car feels so amazingly a lot better. The steering is less vague, the rough ride is much better (I have low tyres which are being replaced tomorrow) and there is less steering shake on braking and at speed.
Just something you may like to check, I know you've had a new rack but worth a check.
