got a problem with the steering on my D4. iv'e had it checked on more than one occasion by the stealer, they have had it 4 wheel aligned , new tyres all round . its had a track rod end and tracking checked in the summer but still the thing seems to wander and track towards white lines as if the wheel alignment is out. the tyre are wearing fairly evenly however, if noticed a slight tight spot or notchy feeling when entering roundabouts or tight junctions. any ideas? Ducati 996 rocket!!

On my D3 it was the UJ at bottom of the steering column , similar symptoms to yours.
