Looks like there is now a fix in the form of a software update for all D4's with this issue. Having mine done tomorrow while it's in for a service. I'll let you know if it works...

Had a service on my 2012 D4 recently and the issue with the TV has been fixed. It's now set to UK and no crackle D5 2017 HSE Lux
