Yeah, I need the forklift to get all the biscuits up to Mrs Neil's bedroom. She gets one everytime the Polish window cleaner gives her a sorting and boy, does she go through the biccies! I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
