Sticky Steering Wheel - What bit?

My wheel is a bit tacky, this time I dont know why Laughing

Its only a bit sticky on the 'front face' ridge where it has worn slightly. The circumference is ok and the is the rear.

Does this mean I have been attacked by sticky wheels symdrome or should I try cleaning with something?

Yeah, I need the forklift to get all the biscuits up to Mrs Neil's bedroom. She gets one everytime the Polish window cleaner gives her a sorting and boy, does she go through the biccies!
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
